DAS FORMS SUBMISSION

FOR MEMBER CONTRACTORS:

For all member contractors, all DAS 140 and 142 forms must be submitted to one of the following email addresses, or it will not be accepted and processed:

dassdforms@agcsdatt.org   - For projects in San Diego and Imperial Counties

dasrsforms@agcsdatt.org   - For projects in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties

dasocforms@agcsdatt.org  - For projects in Orange County

 

FOR NON-MEMBER CONTRACTORS:

For all non-member contractors, please submit your DAS forms to the following address:

dasforms@agcsdatt.org

** DAS forms submitted to any of these addresses have an auto-reply that we recommend you print and save in your job file as “proof of submission” that the forms were sent and received.  Please feel free to contact our office if you have further questions.
